Full Service Design
We believe that by assisting with the entire process, the project vision can be more accurately developed. We can even begin a conceptual space plan before the architect is retained. This involvement ensures that the project is completed on time and within budget, with as little stress as possible. As your concierge advocate, we can help you avoid costly mistakes. Full service design can include furnishing your home (minimum of 2 rooms) or in addition to your remodel or new build.
Remodel, New Build and ADU’s
We have a love for everything construction. Our family has a history in home building and structural engineering. We assist our clients in developing a project scope before it goes out to bid. We can help with permitting, finish selection, space planning and electrical/lighting plans. We have a list of contractors with whom we have a great working relationship, but can also work with yours. We provide them with a detailed finish schedule and can make on-site visits to ensure proper communication and avoid costly re-do's and change orders.
By the hour
Not all projects require our full involvement. For smaller projects we can provide an hourly quote based on our hourly rate and recent previous projects. These typically consist of conceptual space planning, mood boards and finish building materials.
Consulting
If you have completed the majority of the work on your project but have specific questions or require direction, we can provide on-site consultation services. We'll spend two- three hours with you to answer any questions you may have.
