We love the sense of personal sanctuary that this waterside condo possess. Working in a smaller space can be challenging, but when your backyard is miles of water, we tried to include nature as part of the space. After renovating the once closed off galley kitchen, the space is now transformed into an open area for cooking and making memories. With a mix of old and new, this art collector is able to showcase her latest collection in a cozy dining area that also provides a place for meals with an incredible view.

This stunning 7000 square foot California rancher drew its inspiration from the colorful palette of the surrounding Napa Valley. The homeowners sought to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a space that was both inviting and refined. We worked closely with the homeowners and their architect to design a floor plan that offered ample space for their family, including breakout areas for their teens and a music studio in the basement. From the sleek pool design to every carefully chosen finish, our goal was to imbue the space with an intellectual, modern vibe that reflects the homeowners' impeccable taste.

The transformation of this California beach home was a dream project for our interior design team. Our clients were thrilled to have their own slice of paradise in Encinitas, just a stone’s throw away from some of the best surf spots in the area. The duplex was a perfect opportunity for them to have a space for both themselves and their guests who wanted to soak up the sun safely during the pandemic. Our team was tasked with renovating one unit to suit the homeowners’ taste and the other to cater to guests while maintaining social distancing. We wanted to come up with a design that would incorporate the stunning ocean views in a modern and functional way. From the sleek and stylish furniture to the vibrant colors and textures, the space now exudes a sense of warmth and comfort. The California beach house is now the epitome of coastal living, and we have to admit, we’re a little envious of our clients who get to call it their own.

Our client approached us with a request to give their 1960's rancher an edgy and adventurous upgrade that would showcase stunning views. We took on this challenge by creating a unique and modern floor plan that opened up the cramped, dingy rooms into an expansive, open-concept space. Our design team infused Italian influences into the kitchen, which was upgraded with sleek finishes and a built-in wine bar and keg for lots of entertaining. The end result was a breathtaking, bad-ass home that perfectly embodies our client's spirit.

With a sun-filled room awaiting transformation, our Oakland, CA clients asked us to create a unique primary bathroom design. Facing the challenge of working with a wall of windows, we got creative by using Italian LED mirrors mounted from the ceiling to enhance the natural light while keeping the focus on the beautiful scenery. In addition to custom cabinetry and stylish tile selections, we made the most of every inch, even fitting in a sleek water closet. The result? A breathtaking space that celebrates both form and function.
